Surrounded by women I deeply admire - founders, investors, executives, NGO leaders, we shared our biggest negotiation failures and what we learned the hard way. As I listened, I kept thinking of my younger self: ambitious, underprepared, and desperately searching for guidance I couldn't find.

I’m an entrepreneur with a background in law and pharmaceutical tech. I’ve built and failed a few startups. Now, I’m building a venture that supports women entrepreneurs in the creator economy.
I’ve negotiated in boardrooms where I was the only woman, the youngest person, and often the only one without a safety net. I’ve sat on both sides of the table, from selling to hiring, raising, and declining.
This project is my way of giving back what I wish someone had handed me: a clear, unfiltered look at how women navigate power, pressure, and possibility.
